Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
